Claim Management
American Deductible makes it easy to submit and view your claims.
Coverage Conditions for Claims:
- American Deductible only covers claims that exceed the deductible amount of your primary insurance.
- All claims must occur at least 30 days after your initial or cancelled policy was purchased or restarted.
- Incidents occurring within the first 60 days of your policy and involving injury, death, or significant property damage, a law enforcement report is required.
- Coverage is contingent upon claim acceptance by your primary insurer. Claims that are denied by your primary insurance are not eligible for deductible reimbursement from American Deductible.
- Proof of claim approval by your primary insurer is required. We may also contact your primary insurer directly for verification
